Privacy
- This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics.
- If you email or call us, we use your name, title, agency, and contact details only to respond and to carry out any work you request.
- Records your agency sends for an engagement are used only for that engagement. We never sell or share them, and we delete working copies on request after delivery.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade contact information to anyone.
If you received an email from us
We occasionally email public officials at their published work addresses about services related to their department. Each email identifies us, includes our mailing address, and offers a one-step way to stop further messages.
To stop email from us: reply with the word "remove", or email info@lemaycivic.com with the subject "Remove". We honor requests within two business days and keep your address on a permanent do-not-contact list so it is never added back.
If you would like us to stop contacting your whole agency, say so in your message and we will suppress every address at your domain.
Public records
We understand that correspondence with public agencies may be subject to public records laws. We write everything we send with that in mind.

If anything on this site or in a deliverable is hard to use with assistive technology, tell us at 719-323-0472 or info@lemaycivic.com and we will provide it in a format that works for you.
